Spiritual Coaching to create a fantastic 2018...

This event has been designed to support you to get your New Year's resolutions happening or make changes for 2018. You will be challenged to set an idea, which will be interspered with relaxation to help your sub-conscious to positively expand your mindset. The approach focusses on a coaching methodology linked to spiritual coaching. This will help you to make neural pathway links that create the acceptance necessary for momentum.

You will also learn how to calm the mind so that forward movement can happen. You will leave feeling renewed inspired and ready to take on the challenge that you have set yourself.
